To Katherine Akyrs, my sister 5 Marks. To Thomas Lindley my brother, 40s. To John Lindley my brother 40s.  William Akyrs and John his son, wife Elizabeth. William Bulmer, Lord of Wilton, William Conyers of Thormanby, esquires, and George Barker, Chaplin, executors. Cuthbert Lightfoot, Rector of Rudby supervisor. The rest to Elizabeth my wife.
